what carrier oil do you use?

Our oils are made with almond oil as a carrier.

This is a nut oil. Customers with allergies, known or unknown, use our products at their own risk.

how soon will i get it?

We do our best to ship orders within 10 business days after the order is completed and paid. We do not guarantee a turnaround time. Please check your order date before you contact us about the status of your order. 

If you need your oil by a specific date, please contact us at orders@ritualoils.net to discuss the price of express shipping.

We package our oils as carefully as we can. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit.

what if I don’t like it?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Oils are handmade at the time of order, and we will not accept returns or provide exchanges for products sold by this website, our representatives, independent resellers, or retail establishments.

do your oils have any preservatives?

We do not use preservatives other than Vitamin E, added as an antioxidant. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that our oils will not change in scent or consistency as they age.

We do not recommend using oils that have been open more than 6 months.

How much oil am I getting?

Unless otherwise indicated, our oils are packaged in a bottle that contains 2 drams (7.4ml) of product.

That product may be oil only, or oil mixed with solid material.

Is there anything I need to know about the oil bottles?

Our bottles do not have a dropper top.

Once you take the cap off, they’re open.

Our bottles are sealed with paraffin wax film. If you find it tricky to get off, pop it in the fridge for a few minutes to harden it up and then peel it off. If that doesn’t work, it’s pretty easy to break with a sharp twist.

will you give me your oil recipes?

Our formulas and methods are considered trade secrets and we do not provide them to customers.

Will you teach me how to use ritual oils?

Quadrivium does hold classes locally, so if you’re in Chicago or nearby, you can contact us or check our social media for upcoming classes.
